PRODUCT EXAMPLE: HEADLAMP HOUSING

Headlamp housings contain all the electronic, optical and mechanical components of a headlamp and form the connection to the car body.

We manufacture these components on machines with clamping forces of up to 14,000 kN with fully automatic removal. A low component distortion is decisive for the function, a corresponding control technology in the mould cooling as well as a precise temperature control in the hot runner are necessary. A large number of the moulds are equipped with a quick-change system to ensure a robust set-up process and low set-up times.
