LIGHT GUIDE

WITH LIGHT GUIDE POINTERS, THE GEOMETRY AND UNIFORM ILLUMINATION ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS.

To achieve this, the light source and pointer concept must be optimally matched. We support our customers with our experience and special light simulation software. The high-quality pointers are injection-moulded in tools with highly polished surfaces and then printed or hot-stamped. Depending on the pointer design and application, counterweights are necessary.

With the standard light guide pointers, we offer you high-quality components for sophisticated instrumentation of your vehicles and related applications.

Light guides and light bars give vehicles an individual touch and shape the distinctive design, e.g. via the daytime running lights.

We manufacture these components on machines with clamping forces of up to 4,000 kN with fully automatic removal. Among other things, we use screws with geometries specially designed for the application. We are able to produce highly transparent PMMA parts with wall thicknesses of up to 3cm. Special optical test procedures guarantee the purity of the light flowing through.
