OVERMOULDED ENDLESS BELTS

PRODUCT EXAMPLE: TERMINAL BLOCK

The pins of the connection block are used for automatic winding of the coil wires. The punched strip is fed endlessly. The wires are also fed from the reel and cut in the injection mould. In the automatic punching machine, the parts are separated from the overmoulded strip and deposited in a nest. The complete production process is monitored by a camera.

PRODUCT EXAMPLE: BATTERY CONTACT

The battery contact is characterised by its low weight and the high corrosion resistance of the contact surfaces. A 0.13 mm thick punched strip is fed in as a continuous strip and separated in the middle before the injection moulding tool. This process allows for minimal material waste.

The overmoulded part is also delivered as a continuous strip, so that it can be optimally integrated into the customer’s production flow. Continuous quality measures, including camera monitoring, guarantee ppm values of less than 30.

PRODUCT EXAMPLE: MINIATURE SWITCH

The miniature switch serves as a control button for the volume in mobile phones. The 0.15 mm thick, partially gold-plated punched strip is supplied as a continuous strip. The overmoulded part is also delivered endless on a roll, so that it can be optimally integrated into the customer’s production process. Continuous quality measures, including camera monitoring, guarantee ppm values of less than 30.
