Backlit symbol carriers are sprayed from transparent plastic and coated with light-tight lacquer. Afterwards, a laser partially removes the paint from the plastic in the form of the desired sign. If the finished symbol bearer is illuminated from behind, the light only penetrates through the lasered area.
Buttons and symbol carriers with a watchmark label, such as PC or device keyboards, are sprayed from a pigment-containing plastic that changes color when the laser beam hits.
Technical data
The insulating rope is installed in the antenna system for navigation devices. The plastic tape is produced endlessly without injected carrier tape and wound onto plastic coils after the spraying process.
This type of packaging enables the customer to optimally feed the parts into their own production process.

Technical data
The Holder module is used in consumer electronics devices. It easily meets the very high requirements for dimensional accuracy and is characterized by a high temperature resistance and torsion-resistance.
Technical data
The spring bracket is used as a vibration damper in CD-ROM drives. The complete part weighs 0.056 grams. The wall thickness is 0.05 mm at the thinnest point. After the spraying process, the parts are stored nest-related.
Technical data
The guide ring, which weighs only 0.08 g, is used as a safety-relevant component in the anti-blocking system (ABS) of vehicles.
A 100% camera-monitored manufacturing process, the nest-related separation of the injection moulded parts and the use of the high-performance plastic Peek 150 FC 30 guarantee that the guide ring meets the extremely high requirements for quality and dimensional accuracy.
