We will be happy to advise you on all questions relating to materials and production possibilities, develop suitable technologies and accompany you from the idea to the development of prototypes, tool making and series production of your new product.

Development & Construction

Our specialists in the development and construction department have always looked to the future and rely on the latest technologies, materials and machining processes. This makes us the right partner when it comes to innovative developments or the precise design of your products.

We transfer your data via the standard interfaces to the CAD software ProEngineer and use it as a basis for the further construction of injection moulds and equipment up to electrode construction, CAM transfer and NC programming.

For the filling simulation Moldflow Moldadviser is available in the latest version.

We are also happy to take over your designs for light guide hands as a development project and, in close coordination with you – construct the characteristics relevant for illumination. The optimization of light-conducting geometries is carried out with our simulation software.

Tool & Mould Making

The right tool is the key to precise manufacturing. That’s why we have employees with expertise who optimally implement customer-specific products with flexibility and ambition. You are responsible for the realization of the right tool and the associated handling systems.

Our toolmaking works with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers and surface grinding machines, wire eroding and sinkers eroding machines as well as welding and marking lasers.

In addition to the development and construction department, our toolmaking is the heart of LIKUM.

The proximity to production and the constant exchange between the individual areas contributes to continuous process optimization in mold making as well as in automation and process technology.
